RETURN PERIOD FOR PRODUCTS
The return and exchange period of products purchased through our gaus.com.tr website and Whatsapp Order Line is “14 DAYS” from the date of invoice, provided that they have not been used and deformed.Provided that the products you have purchased have not been used and deformed, the return period is “14 DAYS” from the date of delivery. Requests exceeding this period will not be accepted and the products will be sent back to you with reverse charges.You must fill out the return form with your invoice completely and send it to us together with your invoice to initiate the return process.
CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OF THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED OR EXCHANGE IT FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT?
Product or size change is available. You can get information by writing the size or product you want to change to our whatsapp support line.
Can I exchange my order if it is deficient/defective/incorrectly shipped?
All products we offer for sale undergo quality control while being packaged for delivery to cargo. In the rare event that the product reaches you in a deficient / defective / incorrect way, you can contact our whatsapp customer service, send product images and request an exchange.
HOW CAN I USE A GIFT VOUCHER/GET A REFUND?
You can use your defined gift voucher at any time. There is no time restriction on gift vouchers. You can get all information about “orders created without membership” and your return process from our whatsapp support line.
HOW TO LOAD GIFT VOUCHERS?
If you request your order amount as a gift voucher, you must make a note on your invoice as “I REQUEST A GIFT VOUCHER”. After the product reaches us, the relevant department checks its compliance with the return conditions informs your phone number available in our system via SMS. After the SMS arrives, you need to contact our Whatsapp Customer Service and request that the price of the product / products be defined to your e-mail address. You can use the gift voucher at any time, there is no time definition. You can view your gift certificate loaded from the “My Gift Certificates” tab in the “My Account” section. If you encounter an unexpected error during the use of your gift voucher, you can contact our whatsapp support line. If you do not note the information that you request a gift voucher on your invoice, the refund eligibility is checked and the refund is made directly to the card information you have shopped with.

WILL I PAY A SHIPPING FEE FOR A RETURN?
In return transactions, you must send the product by our contracted cargo company with the return code that our support team will give you. The shipping fee of products sent by other cargo companies is your responsibility. Return shipping fees sent from different companies are not covered by our company. It will be sufficient to contact our whatsapp support line for our contracted shipping company.The Shipping Fee you pay for the delivery of the products to you and the Shipping and Payment at the Door Service Fee charged for your orders with Payment at the Door are not refundable.
Important: two separate shipping fees are charged for shipping and delivery of shipments that are not received.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE OUTSIDE OF THE CARGO PACKAGE OF MY ORDER IS DEFORMED AND THE PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED?
When your order is delivered to your address by the cargo officer, you must check the outer package for damage before receiving the product and request a “Status Report” as soon as you see any damage.
WHEN WILL THE REFUND AMOUNT BE CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT?
The product(s) must be sent to us completely for the return to be successful, . Your return goes through the quality control stage within 1-3 business days after it reaches us.If you submit your order with a card through our site, you will be informed via SMS that your return has been transmitted to the card information that you shopped with.Information is provided via SMS for orders purchased with Payment at the Door and Money Order / EFT payment method to initiate transactions regarding return information (Bank Account Information). After the SMS information is received, you need to contact our Whatsapp Customer Service and provide your bank account information.
The time of reflecting payment on your card varies according to the banks and the average time is 3-14 days.
CANCELLATION & RETURN
In return transactions, the product must be delivered to us within 14 days after it is delivered to you.
The customer is responsible for cargo charges in return transactions.
Returns are not available for discounted products, only exchanges, you can use your exchange balance at any time on any product you wish.
