When will my order be delivered?
Your orders on www.gaus.com.tr and your orders will be delivered to you within 1-5 business days after approval by our contracted ARAS or YURTİÇİ KARGO company.

Who pays for shipping on returns?
Returns using the right of withdrawal (except for defects) are covered by our customers.  In this process, since an excess amount  will incur for your individual shipment, you will receive a code from us and return the shipment as Buyer Paid with our shipping code and we deduct the cost of your return cargo from your balance. Returns of products that have been used or have lost their authenticity for any reason are not accepted. Products must be returned in their packaging, complete and undamaged as received. 

What should I pay attention to when receiving my orders?
When you receive your order, you should definitely check whether there is a problem such as tearing, crushing, wetting, etc. in the cargo package. The cargo officer will assist you in case of any problems with the cargo package or its contents. In such a case, you should not take delivery of the cargo and make a report to the cargo officer. The report will facilitate your transactions in the product exchange or refund process.

How can I make a payment on ww.gaus.com.tr?
You can make your payments via www.gaus.com.tr with all credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) with money order-eft or pay cash on delivery at the door.

You can return your order by sending it to us within 14 days from the date you receive the order.( EXCHANGE ONLY AVAILABLE for products with a Discounted Minimum Price) We do not accept the return of products that have been used, unpacked or lost their originality for any reasons. Products must be returned in their packaging, complete and undamaged as received to qualify for refunding.  The product must be unused and delivered to the cargo with the invoice as you received it. The incoming product is first examined by gaus.com.tr customer service. No refund is possible if the package has been opened, the package and product is deteriorated, broken, damaged, torn and used. When the return is approved, the product fee will be refunded to your credit card or account according to your payment method within 10 business days, which is the legal period

Can I Exchange Discounted Products? 
Yes, you can exchange a discounted product purchased from www.gaus.com.tr. A product must be returned to us within 14 days to qualify for exchanging a product you have purchased. In order for your exchange to be approved, the product must not have been used and must not have lost its resalability. You will receive a gift voucher for the amount of the product for the exchange. The usage period of this gift voucher is 3 months. Thus you can make your exchanges easily.

How long does it take for the money to be credited to my account if an order is canceled?

Cancellation and refund of orders received by you are made within 10 business days after the products reach gaus.com.tr, in the same way as the payment was made. The refund of orders paid by credit card is made to the credit card within 10 business days. If the payment is made in installments to the credit card, the product price will be divided by the number of installments and automatically refunded to the credit card to which the payment is made every month. This procedure is determined by your bank, not by Gaus.com.tr.
